Crowds flock to see J Class fleet start at RYS

The J Class Solent Regatta featured the Hundred Guinea Cup which started off the Royal Yacht Squadron (RYS) line, Cowes on Saturday, 21 July.

Three J Class yachts will raced on the Solent for the magnificent 'Kings Hundred Guinea Cup'. This cup, two feet tall of gilded solid silver, was first presented in 1937 by King George VI for racing at the Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club.
