Start of the Cowes-Torquay-Cowes Powerboat Race

A flavour of the start of the Cowes-Torquay-Cowes Powerboat Race, highlight of the British Powerboat Festival 2011 in Cowes.
This video was shot from Red Funnel's Red Jet 5 which was used as the official start boat. After the powerboats were mustered off Egypt Point in Cowes they travelled in formation westwards towards the Needles where the race proper got under way at 10am, 28th August 2011.
