Apres-sail is a big part of Cowes Week and the annual Mount Gay Rum "Red Cap Party" is just one of the highlights. The party is held at Shepards Wharf Marina in Cowes and the first 500 party goers get a famous red cap to wear.

We caught up with the Toe in The Water crew as they were setting up and getting ready for their fifth day of racing during Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week. Along with Captain Lloyd Hamilton, Race Director for Toe in the Water, Dee Caffari was also present getting ready for a day out with the crew.

The three fastest yachts in the 2012 J.P. Morgan Round the Island Race pass the St. Catherines lighthouse at the southernmost point of the Isle of Wight, half-way around the famous sailing course.
