Sunken Boat – Silo Creek

Local Notice to Mariners No. 27(T) of 2026

Notice is hereby given that there is a sunken boat in Silo Creek in approximate position 50°44.79’N 001°17.50’W.

The boat is visible during all states of the tide, and an orange inflatable boom has been placed around the boat. An Emergency Wreck Marking Buoy has been deployed to mark the Eastern extremity of the wreck.

All mariners are advised to navigate in the vicinity of Silo Creek with extreme caution and proceed with minimum wash.

This local notice to mariners will remain in force until further notice.
