Kingston Marine Services in East Cowes has a large workshop / storage unit available for rent from 1st December 2015.

Unit 3 is 150 square metres, with both front and rear access and is initially available on a six-month or one-year lease, although terms could be negotiable. Marine use would be preferred in order to complement existing businesses on the 10 acre site, which include general marine services and engineering, RIB building and repair, as well as yacht equipment storage and more.
