Tall ships and large yachts at Trinity Landing

Cowes is one of the UK’s most popular cruising destinations for tall ships and private yachts, with berthing at the Trinity Landing pontoons just inside the entrance to the harbour providing walk-ashore access to The Parade in the heart of Cowes.

Following recent customer requests and to encourage more large yachts to visit, Cowes Harbour Commission has just installed three-phase electricity on Trinity Landing. Three-phase AC is the most common power used on commercial boats, ships and superyachts, as equipment can be 20% lighter/smaller and 150% more efficient than single-phase equipment.

As the main gateways to the Isle of Wight, Cowes makes a superb base for large yachts and their crews to enjoy all that the Island has to offer. Cowes Harbour is able to provide a range of marine and leisure services to cater for the requirements of all luxury yachts and superyachts. For all enquiries, please contact the Harbour Office.
